STEP 1: Pick a few dinners

I choose 4–5 dinners for the week

I don’t plan every night. Leftovers, flex nights, and takeout are part of the system.

I generate one grocery list for the week

Once meals are picked, the grocery list is automatic. I don’t write anything from scratch — I just review it.

STEP 3: Shop once

One grocery trip (or pickup) for the week

Everything I need is already on the list — no midweek “we’re missing something” runs.

STEP 4: Repeat what works

I reuse meals we already like

Repeating meals isn’t lazy — it’s efficient. This is where most of the time savings come from.

STEP 5: Flex without guilt

I leave space for real life

Some nights are leftovers. Some nights are takeout. The plan already did its job.
